La Leche League of San Francisco is a part of La Leche League International. LLL is an international nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to helping all families with breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping human milk to feed their their babies through peer-to-peer support. La Leche League welcomes all parents, expecting parents, support partners, and all who are interested in learning more about breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and pumping!
